Throughout the year the Authority issues news releases and email alerts on foot of prosecution activity, legislative or regulatory changes, information events and when we publish new information and guidance material to our website.

Our target deadlines for responding to enquiries from Oireachtas Members are:

  • Acknowledgement, including contact details of the staff member dealing with the query: 2 working days
  • Substantive reply: 14 working days

The Authority monitors all queries received to ensure they are dealt with in line with our Customer Charter.
