Higher Executive Officer - Change Management Specialist
The Pensions Authority is seeking to recruit an experienced Change Management specialist at Higher Executive Officer level to support the organisation’s efforts in ensuring programmes and projects meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee engagement, adoption and usage and also to support senior managers in fulfilling their role as change sponsors at a time when the Pensions Authority is transforming its approach to regulation. The person will focus on the people side of change – including changes to business processes, systems and technology and organisational structures. While the Change Management specialist does not have supervisory responsibility, this person will have to work through many others in the organisation to succeed. The Change Management specialist will report to the Head of PMO.
