Information

The Pensions Authority recognises that our regulatory and enforcement work should be complemented by support, information and guidance that help those involved in managing pensions such as trustees, administrators, employers and advisors understand their obligations and how to meet them.

We provide a comprehensive range of free information and guidance material on our website for the public and those involved with pensions which is updated and amended to reflect changes in pension legislation and regulations.
