This area of the site is intended to assist you in exercising your rights under the Freedom of Information Act 2014 (the FOI Act).

The Pensions Authority is subject to the terms of the FOI Act. Under the FOI Act, every person has a right to:

  • access official records held by the Pensions Authority;
  • have personal information held on them corrected or updated where such information is incomplete, incorrect or misleading; and
  • be given reasons for decisions taken by the Pensions Authority that affect them.
