The role of the Pensions Authority

The Pensions Authority can provide you with general information relating to your pension. It publishes a comprehensive range of free booklets that can assist you with pension-related matters.

If you have a complaint relating to your pension or PRSA, the Pensions Authority can advise you of your rights and direct you to the appropriate person or organisation for help.

In some circumstances, the Pensions Authority can act on behalf of pension scheme members or PRSA contributors who have concerns about their pension or PRSA.
